Best Science Fiction Novel of the Year, 1975

It's that time of year again. I woke up and the streets and sidewalks of Buffalo were dusted with the kind of fine snow that lingers in every crack and inconsistency. Time for the cold to set in. Time to read The Left Hand of Darkness.
I can read a book over and over again, especially one of Ms. Le Guin's. Though I worry that it takes away from time that could be spent reading as-of-yet unread books.

All the same, I'm looking forward to this Ekumenical trip to Winter.

Still Awesome

Upon some reflection, I believe this to still be one of my most awesome poems ever.

Mike's newest poem is also possessing of awesomeness. Especially the strong second half.
