I had gotten used to seeing them, to turning, in fact, to see them. Every time I left my room or returned I greeted them. I'm rather upset that I didn't have the opportunity to take their picture. They were really awesome goldfish.
I had just had them for a little over a week and so suddenly it seems, they got a crazy fluffy white fungal problem and died last night. I only first noticed it the day before.
I found them this morning and had to go to work before I could deal with the bodies. I came home from my shift after six and buried them in the back yard.
I don't think I'll get anymore. Now I have to deal with the tank.
