I'm sitting by Burgess the Beta with my freaking shiny Eee PC on my lap, computing away. I'm using part of the packaging out of the box to steady it on my knee, actually. Typing is a little shaky with this set up, but I'm adjusting quickly. As for the size of the keyboard, I occasionally mistype a key when I think I would not have done so on a larger one. I'm adjusting to that, too. Overall, I'm satisfied so far with this lil' cutie. The battery is all charged up now, and I'll probably take it on a field trip soon.
Pandora Radio has been a nice resource, since I don't have any of my music files on here. It's been Songs: Ohia Radio all afternoon.
Some times I read data from the 2000 census for fun. Today I took an in depth look at
Avocado Heights, CA.
There was a striking disproportionation between males and females, ages ~18-21. And then, a smaller reversal. I can't figure out why. These trends are so interesting.
